FEVP is proud to lead the industry in providing our clients easy, on line access to their personal and patient records. This first release of our on line system will enable you to log in and view:
- Your basic client Account information (name, address, etc.)
- Summary patient information for any equine you currently own
- Detailed patient information and history for any equine you currently own
- Reminders for procedures and follow-up that you should schedule with us
You also have the ability to update your personal information on line and change your password.
We take your privacy and the confidentiality of your records very seriously. Each client has a unique user name and password. Keeping this information a secret, changing your password from the default we assign, and the fact that we encrypt your password when it is transmitted provide security for the site. When we implement financial transactions such as paying your bill on line or placing orders for medical supplies we will establish a site that is entirely encrypted to protect your financial information. Since no financial information is included yet we have not encrypted the entire site, only your password.
Anyone who has provided us with an email address can use this service. There is no charge for access to your records. If you have specifcally called the office and asked us to record your email address in your client records then please log in to the web site. Further information on your password will be provided when you log in.
To sign up for access please email the office (use either sue or karen at frontierequine.com) stating that you want us to record your email in your client record and identify the email address (one address only, please) you would like us to use. Your access will be enabled within three business days of your initial request.
